Integrative Music Therapy and Cerebral Palsy

The book "Integrative Music Therapy and Cerebral Palsy" was published in 2003. The book presents the methodological foundations of this new type of integrative music therapy, according to the original approach of Dr. Ranka Radulović, whose results in children with cerebral palsy are presented in her doctoral thesis and this book.

Among other things, the book contains a special chapter where music therapy war protocols that emerged during the bombing of Belgrade in 1999 are presented.

The psychodynamic character of this book reveals the fine emotional colours and life of children with cerebral palsy, the dynamics of the group and the circumstances of life and treatment in this type of institution where the children are on a longer, rehabilitation treatment.

We recommend the book to music therapists, patients and parents of children with cerebral palsy, as well as employees in health, social care and schools, as well as well as all those who provide treatment and care, or have contact with this type of patient.

The price of the book is 1800 RSD.

Music therapy as a profession

Ranka Radulovic’s book "Music therapy as a profession" was published in 2021 on the twentieth anniversary of the founding of the Association of Music Therapists of Serbia.

In this book you will find the basic information about what music therapy is in the 21st century, its connection with contact areas, as well as the latest research on the application of music therapy in all branches of medicine, social care and education in all age groups. The book represents the history of the development of music therapy in Serbia through the struggle for the development of the legitimacy and credibility of the Association of Music Therapists of Serbia in local and international frameworks.

At the end of the book, normative acts and Rulebooks regulating the education and activities of members of the Association of Music Therapists of Serbia are given, as well as the draft of the Law on Music Therapy.
Having in mind that music therapy in Serbia is recognized as a health service and as an independent profession, we recommend the book to music therapists and everyone who plans to study music therapy, musicians, musicologists, healthcare profesionals and associates, school employees, lawyers and citizens as potential users of music therapy services.

The price of the book is 2500 RSD.
